A beautiful, highly collectible set of 4 vintage rimmed cereal/soup bowls from iconic mid-century designer Georges Briard. This set features his coveted American Folk Art pattern, showcasing the detailed Bucks County Soldier (circa 1805) Pennsylvania Dutch-style motif. Crafted in the 1960s, these heavy stoneware bowls feature a warm tan/cream background accented by rich burgundy, rust orange & sage green tones. Circa 1965-1970 MCM/Retro. Perfect for completing a mid-century modern casual dining collection or replacing missing pieces! Excellent vintage pre-owned condition!
