JBL Custom-Made Speakers

At Shop RAIMEI, we've created original speakers using the long-desired JBL speaker units.

◇ For the woofer, we've used the highly acclaimed 38cm JBL 2235H. With an f0 of 20Hz, it boasts exceptional low-frequency performance. Sound pressure level: 93dB/W/m. When you turn up the volume, it produces powerful deep bass that can shake the room. It also offers excellent resolution, with a rich, calm, and captivating mid-range tone. The edge has been replaced.

◇ For the squawker, we've used the JBL 2450J, featuring a neodymium magnet in its magnetic circuit and a titanium diaphragm. With a sensitivity of 111dB (1W, 1m) and a frequency range (-10dB) of 500Hz to 20kHz, it offers high efficiency and high input resistance, producing a very lustrous and delicate sound.

◇ For the horn, we've used the JBL 2385A, with precisely designed directivity control that fully unleashes the power of the highly efficient squawker.

◇ The network circuit has been calculated and optimized using measurement instruments and actual sound for the best performance.

◇ To maximize the characteristics of the speaker units, the enclosure is a custom-made bass-reflex type with a volume of 154 liters. It weighs 56 kilograms. Handles and a wire mesh have been added, giving it an appearance suitable for live houses and studios. The color is matte black.

I also own BOSE 901SS, but in terms of sound quality, JBL is superior. From low to high volumes, the sound is detailed, beautiful, and close to the original source.

As each unit weighs 56 kilograms, delivery via Mercari is not possible.
