COUNTRYMAN TYPE 85 Direct Box - The Classic DI

Selling as part of a studio equipment clear-out.

While it's seen less use in recent recording sessions, I believe it to be a valuable piece of equipment.

There are scuffs and paint chips throughout due to use. It shows the typical signs of wear from being used in live and studio settings, but there is no damage.

Tested in the studio, and both its functions and operation are excellent. There are no issues such as crackling or noise, and it can be used normally.

Please understand that this is a used item.
As it has been tested, no claims or returns will be accepted.

[The Standard DI]
This is a standard DI model used by professionals.

The Type 85 is an active direct box that converts the output of high-impedance instruments such as electric guitars (and basses), and piezo pickups into a balanced signal.
It supplies an extremely clear signal to the mixer without adding noise or distortion.

Powered by a 9V battery or phantom power (24V-48V).
