This is a Shimano 22 NESSA BB S108M+.

There are signs of use and minor scratches, but the reel seat part was spinning loose and was fixed with instant adhesive. It's slightly misaligned, but the reel still secures properly and I don't think it will affect fishing. Please see the 11th photo.
After fishing trips, I rinse it with tap water and dry it in the shade. I have caught flatfish and flathead. I think this is a recommended rod for beginners.
