I use the Technica AL-60221(B) for lighting, and it fits perfectly on the aquarium cover.
The photos show the one I am currently using in my home (for about 2 years now). I find it very comfortable to use.

There is an opening on the top for feeding, etc.
For simple tasks, my arm can fit through.

Although I haven't experienced a major earthquake, I believe this will significantly reduce water spillage during an earthquake.
*During the earthquake on October 7, 2021 (magnitude 5), there was no leakage at all.
(This does not prevent leakage from gaps; its purpose is solely to prevent large splashes.)
I place a light on top, so it's not an issue for me, but if you don't have a light, you might want to use something like a weight to prevent it from floating due to the force of the water during an earthquake.

This product does not guarantee that water will not leak during an earthquake.
As shown in the photos, the four corners will lift slightly.
Water droplets may form at the four corners.

While it fits my aquarium and lighting perfectly, there's a possibility it may not fit even with the same dimensions due to factors like glass thickness.
