Despite rising plating costs,
we offer the lowest prices.
We have already received over 400 orders
and have received high praise.
This is a self-performed service by NachtmusiK BRASS FACTORY, a brass instrument accessory workshop that created Re:VIBRATION and SLIDETONE.
Many music stores outsource plating to external companies.
Our workshop achieves cost reduction by specializing in dedicated equipment for brass instrument parts such as mouthpieces and ligatures.
Furthermore, we take care not to alter the original condition of mouthpieces and ligatures by keeping the plating thickness to the minimum required.
The process includes basic surface scratch removal + ultrasonic cleaning + electrolytic degreasing treatment, a full professional process.
